Founded in 2019

876 On The Go seeks to first solve issues facing the commuting public. These issues relate to customer service, passenger security, and the absence of a suitable technological platform that facilitates ease of payments and the reservation of cabs for passenger or package delivery.

The company employs the latest cutting edge technology that enables the public to book cabs and facilitates payments, thus eliminating the need for cash onboard. This platform provides greater security coverage for both the passengers and drivers but is tailored and driven by a Geographical Information System (GIS) that operates in a similar fashion as our esteemed North American Counterpart such as UBER. Despite the obvious comparisons, we can proudly declare that our system is uniquely Jamaican.

Currently our service targets the Kingston metropolitan region but as stated earlier, our system possesses the capabilities for expansions to any parish or territory of the Caribbean. We have our sights firmly set on National and Regional expansion.

Our Motto is “Driven by Quality and Service”. Our Business Model utilizes both company owned and Licensed Contract cars all tied into the shared vision of providing timely, professional, safe, cost effective and a state of the art technology driven service. The Company’s operation is streamlined through a Command Center. The public on the other hand, interfaces with us through our “876 On The GO APP” available in the Google Play and App Store. This App is easily downloaded to your phone, thus enabling the commuting public to do advance bookings, make payments and live track (cabs/passengers/packages). All trips are confirmed electronically with a photo of the assigned driver, the vehicle license plate information along with his/her telephone contact details.
